These aren’t brand-new units with high-end finishes or trendy kitchens. But they’re solid and pleasant — and for the price, you get good value. Do not rent here. Since the new owners, Spaulding group took over, everything has gone downhill. Maitnence requests taking over 3 months, even with hazards such as mold. No amenities, but rent continues to raise by 100-200 dollars every year “to meet market value”. The grounds have no upkeep except mowing every once in a while. Buildings and entryways are falling apart on the outside, interiors are very outdated with no plans to update, and so so much more. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE and find somewhere else!!

Good space but impossible to get in touch with the management company. I've been working on contacting them for the past month, emailing and checking the office, but they haven't responded or been there. Hard to ask questions and get issues resolved when no one is there to talk to.
