I absolutely love this Uptown park dental! I have tons of anxiety about the dentist I always have. I've been to other places in abq but never to return more than once. I have gone twice now to uptown and I feel very calm and welcome there. I'm.never treated like another face. I actually have decided to get work done that I've put off for years. So I am excited to say I have four more appts lined up to get it all done... Dr lucero and marv montano.were so Great and sweet!

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not really Do you think this provider would be willing to pursue advice from other professionals if they run into a snag in your treatment? Not really

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered
