I own the Billings Business Center in downtown Billings. Since buying the building in 2007 Midland Mechanical has been our go to mechanical contractor. I have spent 100's of thousands of dollars with their company. We called them to come do a project in our building and while doing this their worker failed to turn off the water causing thousands of dollars of damages. I’ve used midland mechanical/ Stevens brothers for over 10 years. They have always responded immediately and stood by their work! Their employees, from the office to the plumbers in the field have been outstanding. Today’s workers Peyton, Dustin, and Paul, once again did not disappoint me! Well done!!

I really like the plumber assigned to our project and he did a great job, but ended up taking a lot longer/much more expensive than anticipated. Also didn’t appreciate the office lady’s unprofessional attitude, rudeness, and lack of customer service.
