I have never gone there without feeling special. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. The staff is professional and they get you in and out addressing all your concerns.
There was an issue with the fit of my hearing aids and Brittany, the audiologist, was very professional even though we had to re fit the aids 3x they work perfectly now and I love them . Hearing again has much improved my life
The staff is always very pleasant and professional. Very knowledgeable when explaining the different types of hearing aids, her expert advice of the pros and cons of each type led us to getting the best pair. Always available for questions and appointments are easy to get and very accommodating. Cleaning and check up of the devices are thorough.
This practice is wonderful! I had great experiences from my previous audiologist until she retired. And Britney has done a great job replacing her. She is very approachable and explains when she is doing anything with my hearing aids and I can easily understand it. Appointments are always on time and sometimes before the appointment time, which I appreciate. When I asked her about completing a form for me, she called me back and took care of it that day.
