Dr Arun is spectacular. I have a lot of trouble getting glasses that fit and funtion properly (heavy prescription, annoying facial bone struture, and an underlying eye disease). I was recommended to Dr Arun who worked with me through two visits to get me a new pair of glasses that are absolutiely perfiect. I’ve been going to this clinic since they opened and been very satisfied with their service . Dr. Arun is not only highly knowledgeable and thorough with her exams, but also very kind and caring. I also took my mom (who was visiting me from Europe) there once with an acute condition and Dr Arun took excellent care of her! She even remembered next time I had my appointment to ask about her! I recently visited Midland Eyecare, and was highly impressed by my overall experience. Upon entry, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were extremely professional and friendly. If you value your time, you might want to steer clear of this place. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm, took an hour off work, and arrived on time, only to find the clinic overcrowded. It seemed they might have been overbooking to maximize insurance claims during the rush season, at the expense of test quality and patient time, or perhaps they just have a poor management system.
