Easily the worst experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. The office helper, Jory, gave me the wrong contact lens prescription. I got it filled and didn't realize it was the wrong one until I had them in my eyes. I called back expecting am apology. Instead, I was met with a horrible, condescending attitude from her. Now, I have 6 months of a contact lens supply that is the incorrect prescription. My recommendation would be to run from this office as quickly as possible. Customer service is at the lowest level here.
