I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The front office staff were rude and unhelpful from the start, and the appointment system is extremely disorganized. Even if you call ahead and book an appointment, it still feels like a walk-in process, they give you a time, but you end up waiting for hours before your name is called. Extremely rude staff have not been able to get blood work done for the longest time. Says no appointment after booking appointments. Have not been able to see the dr and get mandatory test done at this point need to find a different location since the reception admin does not know how to talk to people and is not allowing basic medical care. Feels like they just want health card numbers to the list.
I have been a patient here for about 6-7 years now and recently started calling on my own to book my own appointments. Whenever I call middle of the day, early morning, whenever. It’s either they don’t pickup at all no matter how many times I ring, or the person on the other end (receptionist) is extremely rude. They have no reason to be this rude and unprofessional. The doctor I visit, doctor tang is extremely nice and professional gets what needs to be done, done. But the staff needs to be changed completely!
