It’s honestly shocking how you are treating your patients and their families. I have personally been verbally assaulted by multiple members of his team, and despite this, he continues to refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem with their behaviour. They call it an appointment, but even with one, you’ll still end up waiting over an hour. The staff all had poor attitudes and were rude throughout my visit. It honestly felt like the front desk staff were all related because they didn’t seem to care about providing good customer service. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I won’t be going back.
I've had mixed experiences at this clinic. The doctor is excellent—knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to patients. Unfortunately, the front desk administration has been consistently disorganized and, at times, rude, which has made accessing care frustrating. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and acted like they couldn’t care less about the patients waiting. If you don’t like dealing with people, the front desk is the wrong place to work. Waiting over an hour despite having an appointment was bad enough, but the staff’s attitude made the experience even worse. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
