Extremely disappointed! The guy (owner?) didn't disclose any terms and conditions of purchase/exchange in advance and didn't mention extra deposit requirement when we spoke over a phone. At the shop, he offered a refurbished caliper but without a bracket, then didn't accept our caliper in partial exchange (stating it's from the other side of a car) and showed neither empathy/apology nor willingness to solve the problem created due to the above. This guy an his son contacted me last minute for a tent rental for a relative that passed. I squeezed them in, went last minute got my workers packed the trailer got everything ready even though we ususly require 1 month notice. They bailed and were supposed to send money to cover our time. These guys are selfish scammerss, very ignorant. Would not support people like this.

Have been using them for over 10 years until the last time when I had my Calipers, rebuilt/powder coated from a place closer to my home. 3 months later the parking brake cable on one side broke. Turns out the caliper was seized and the parking brake on the other side wasn’t even working. Next time, I’ll spend the hour to Midland calipers and an hour back just to avoid the head ache and cost. These guys always do it the right way.
