Have seen Dr. Humphreys for years and has always been kind and very considerate. Never had any issues with facility
very unprofessional office staff. almost impossible to get a client seen . very disappointed in this whole facility. find another therapist who actually is interested in seeing a legitimate paying client. gave one star for answering the phone.
If it wasn't out of necessity, I would go somewhere else. They rarely answer the phone. They say they will call when the prescription is ready to be picked up, but they don't call. When I go in to get the prescription, they made me wait 25 minutes then told me they don't have it. It has been a week so far, I'm out of medicine and they still won't give me the prescription (today's excuse was it is locked in a cabinet and no one has the keys). would be good if the people the 2 women in the office would take the messages to the doctor and not mess things up. when i call to get my medicine refilled they never hardly answer and when they do takes forever to get their message to the doctor which i know he would more than willingly fax the perscription to the drug store. They need to start taking messages to the doctor asap instead of waiting days or a week.
