They don't maintain their properties at all. They let the parking lots go and the potholes to become so deep, they blow out your tires. Then they refuse to take responsibility for their neglect and negligence. They allow the property to become unsafe and dangerous. Don't do business with these people. They are obviously horrible property managers.

I am a neighbor to one of there properties located in Franklin township. I am giving the property management side a big Zero. I have asked the property manager to put up a fence to block the car headlights,trash,and the foot traffic that is steadily bombarding my house. I have contacted them a few times but it never seems to get resolved.
