I love my home. We've been in our house for a little over a year. We had an inspector come out for an 11 month inspection and he was really impressed with the quality of the build and how Midian had seemed to go above and beyond just doing things to code, but doing things right- not taking any short cuts. If you’re looking for a new home builder, Midian is quite literally the best in the business. The quality of a Midian home surpasses all the other builders in the Northern CO area. I know because prior to making the decision, I saw other options which typically were disappointing. Some are outrageously priced and others are built so quick and use cheap materials.
