The management here stinks! They have a renegade staff that is cheerful, polite and seem to enjoy being indifferent to the patient. The telephone staff is something one has to suffer, accept and swallow. You will not be served. WHo trains the staff? Do they only hire the worst? I called the experience phone number and of course had to leave a message. Horrible place. My father is currently a patient there, and it has been an awful experience for the past few weeks. First off, none of the doctors are on the same page we're getting conflicting responses from each of them. They are pressuring my dad to go to go on hospice despite him, saying multiple times to different people that he's not ready for hospice. They have pressured him to do a DNR.
