John Denny is one of your best. He fixed many things on our wood stove that I had been pointing out to some of your other techs for several years. He did it with skill, speed and in a cost effective manner. Like a new stove.
John Denny - He’s your man to clean and advise on all things wood stove or pellet stove. He’s seen it all. Midgley’s gives prompt reliable service. They do not balk at requests to deal with warranty issues. I’m very pleased with each interaction.
It's a long way to got to our place, but when something's not quite right with the wood stove (Lopi Answer, a fine stove), we call Midgleys -- we're 90 minutes from Eugene, but they will come out, and John D. set things right. He was cordial & knowledgable, came to to an estimate but realized he could take care of it same day, took the time to do so, clear & professional explanations. Our gas fireplace needed service. Andrew was prompt, thorough, efficient, courteous, conscientious and knowledgeable. He worked for a solid hour, and didn't seemed rushed. He was personable and explained the problems. Highly recommend Andrew and Midgley's. Midgley's serviced our fireplace two years ago, as well, and each time has been straightforward honest work. Our gas fireplace was in need of service, and I have nothing but praise for tech Andrew, who replaced the defective parts. He was very professional, conscientious, and courteous. In addition, I was impressed with how considerate and thorough he was regarding cleaning up around the fireplace upon completion.
