Whenever I need anything regarding attention to my woodstove or chimney, I always call Midgleys. John has cleaned our woodstove for years. A couple of years ago he was training a young man, Austin, and he was pretty amazing as well. Of course he was, John training him. If John says the stove is in good shape, I believe him. Yesterday we had our pellet stove serviced by John. He was very detail oriented while servicing our stove and chimney! Rest assured that you are in good hands with John from Midgleys. I am very happy with the customer service that I have received and highly recommend Midgleys!
We had our chimney cleaned, new spark arrestor, new damper installed by Austin Peacock. He did a good job, was onetime, and explained everything very well.
Repairman, David Cole, was on time and pleasant to have in my home. He found the source of my problem quickly and soon had my fireplace lighting up again. He made sure fireplace debris was kept contained so left no mess behind. Nice job! C. C.
John and Austin were here today to do a cleaning on our fireplace. The service is professional and they always do a great job keeping things clean. John always answers any questions and is willing to help with anything that is needed. Great Service I would highly recommend!
Had a gas insert installed in existing fireplace. Overall pre sales experience was good. Initial measurements were off so the outer framing required customization. Thanks to Larry's knowledge and professional craftsmanship, the finished framing looks great. Showroom quality. Maybe even better!
John Denny deserves at least 10 gold stars for the quality, professional, work he does. When I call for service I specify I want John even if I have to wait. He is "Gold Standard"!!!!!
