Drove 2 hours to look at a truck that evidently they had not. Engine oil dipstick seized in tube, transmission dipstick broken and tube broken loose from bracket, ac/heat fan not working, engine coolant low. I found this in 2 minutes so any dealership should find it before offering for sale. Would not go back or recommend

Service department will put you over a barrel with "incidentals" on any repair work. Turned in my mustang for some warranty work that was covered by the 3 month 3K mile warranty. I'm responsible for a 200 dollar deductable. That acceptable. But they did not discuss and other parts that were supposedly "necessary" for completing the work and count them as incidentals. at first was a great experience. and the service department were nice. my only issue was after buying the Chevy truck, I was treated like a dumb woman. the passenger door made an awful noise and dealership told me it's a chevy, they do that. also having to put oil in my truck 1-2 times a week and was told that's what happens with a truck. I'm not stupid! won't buy from them again!
