Midguard was very easy to work with and the fees for my storage unit were very reasonable. I would recommend them and will use them if I ever need storage again.
I spoke with Ian over the phone. Hope I spelled his name correctly! He was very patient with me. Very attentive to my needs! He has the best over the phone customer service skills. He was a pleasure speaking with him. Then I called back and got Lee who was in GA. She was able to help me get my storage unit right over the phone…Thank You Lee for all of your help! You were great, knowledgeable, and very patient!! Your customer service skills are excellent
I dont move in till this weekend but the online check in and rental was very simple I will do more when I move on to the storage building
