The sign up part was easy but I’m old school and not used to a virtual assistant when I walked into the office for help navigating all the codes I received. The amount of emails and texts were overwhelming and different codes came in each one. It was a lot but good now that I have been able to go a few times. The actual place is clean and safe. I feel good knowing my belongings are stored in a climate controlled environment.
Aston was very helpful/friendly made the process very easy.
When i came in the store I had dread on my mind due to past experiences but when I came in I was met by Kelly and let me tell you all my fears was taken away and made to feel like I was family. I recommend everyone to come and see what a real business is ran like.... thanks to Kelly
