What is this world coming to! Go in to rent a storage unit - which I’ve rented 25 times or more in the last 20 years from what used to be Murrells Inlet Mini Storage (amazing service) now that’s it SOLD - you deal with person on a screen… it was an awful experience. The tablet die not work correctly and you can hear a person in the other room. I don’t usually get upset about things but my word this was crazy. AI is taking over way too many jobs!! Brad was awesome at helping me discontinue my services with them. There was nothing wrong with the unit or renting from Midgard just life changes occurred and no longer needed the unit.
