Online sucks for older customers. Making them stand for a long time while typing out information
We utilized Midgard self storage for approximately 3 years. Not one complaint. Staff were always easy to get in touch with if not on site. When speaking with Donna to terminate our contract, she was very helpful and got all necessary information to us promptly and explained all check out procedures clearly. Will definitely rent storage space again at Midgard self storage in the future if needed.
