My experience with Midguard has been very positive. I love the virtual assistants who are always very professional and efficient. I have two units there and love the facility because it’s soooo clean!!!

I've rented from Midgard before. They're very convenient to my home. During my previous tenure there, they did the usual price ratchet until I finally left. This go around, I asked for a 12 month price lock. The gentleman in the office gave me a 12 month rate that was very reasonable. Great! When I came back to move in a week later, a video sales representative said that 12 month rate was not available and offered it instead for 6. Whatever. We have been longtime customers. There are various options and as your needs change the staff is easy to accommodate you. The facility is clean and comfortable. You do not have to worry about your stuff. The access is 24 hours. Everything is safe and the staff is readily available.
Very helpful. Very easy to set up the account.
