Excellent Customer Service, Eazy process .Brad was excellent Lex was Awesome she helped me reserve a Uhaul over the phone.
Customer service agent did a really good job. Much appreciated. However, the local storage facility has the iPad so close to the wall. You almost have to eat the wall to be able to get to the iPad and fill in the required information.
Convienent location. Virtual staff very friendly and professional. CON: Rental rates and fees kept increasing every 3 to 6 months. Dont be fooled by intoductory rental rate.
