We had an issue getting into the gate this evening. Called the number on the e gate and Dave W answered. He was amazing! He took time to listen and help us. Previous experiences with Midguard have not been good. I usually speak with people who aren’t very knowledgeable and certainly aren’t customer friendly. We honestly have been thinking of moving our 4 sites to a different company. After my experience with Dave tonight we will be staying.
