My experience with Ian was outstanding. Polite, professional, and collaborative, he made everything smooth and easy. Best part of my Midgard experience!
We had an issue getting into the gate this evening. Called the number on the e gate and Dave W answered. He was amazing! He took time to listen and help us. Previous experiences with Midguard have not been good. I usually speak with people who aren’t very knowledgeable and certainly aren’t customer friendly. We honestly have been thinking of moving our 4 sites to a different company. After my experience with Dave tonight we will be staying. Except for a couple times I couldn't get in the gate, everything was good.
I was locked out of my storage buy my own fault. The manager after hours read with me to the storage unit and assisted me and unlocking very professional and very helpful
