Donna did an amazing job assisting me with my billing issues. Friendly and professional! Glad we chose Midgard for our storage needs.
I spoke with Letty over the phone and she was most helpful and very polite and patient with me. The renting process was very easy with her help.
Donna was awesome! She worked at length with me to resolve my issues and was professional and polite despite my being irritated.
We rented here and the rate was raised THREE times in less than 12 months. The increases were significant amounts DOUBLING the original monthly price. They also require you to use a lock provided by them at 6 additional dollars per month giving them access to your unit any time they please. Find a locally owned rental unit…this place is awful.
