Budget Truck Rental....Sheila is the worst excuse for someone in a managerial position I have ever met. When I asked to see the truck before I signed the contract, she refused. When I asked for specifics on the insurance she went ballistic. She told ME to leave or she was calling the POLICE...! Thanks, Sheila...for ruining my moving weekend.
Customer service was horrible Sheila the manager was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with, when asked for the Corp. number she refused to give any information.
