Look elsewhere. This company will bleed you dry if you rent longer than a month or two. Forever raising rent ‘so we can provide you with top notch service given cost our increases‘. Yeah right. They paint units that don’t need painting then charge you for ‘needed upgrades to our facility.’ Constantly, 4 increases in one year, adding to their bottom line profit. Budget Truck Rental....Sheila is the worst excuse for someone in a managerial position I have ever met. When I asked to see the truck before I signed the contract, she refused. When I asked for specifics on the insurance she went ballistic. She told ME to leave or she was calling the POLICE...! Thanks, Sheila...for ruining my moving weekend.
Customer service was horrible Sheila the manager was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with, when asked for the Corp. number she refused to give any information.

Very secure, clean, and there is always someone available to take your payment or set you up for a new unit. They are also very courteous. They also have security cameras and it is gated so your stuff is always safe. They offer moving supplies and storage supplies as well. I have received great service from them.
