WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I don't have overdraft coverage on my account and they still allow charges to go through AND THEN charge me the 32.50 overdraft fee. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with these people!!!!!!!!!
These people are the BEST! They've jumped through hoops for me! Going to the bank in Italy is a two hour ordeal. It has taught me how to appreciate my peeps in Fountain Hills!
Been with them for over 5 years now. Great service and help at every branch I've been in.
I wouldn't even give this a star if it had the option. If you overdraft, no matter if it's $1 or $10, they charge $32 extra for each transaction. I know of plenty of banks that don't do this, and I was stuck in the middle of no where because I couldn't use my card because the limit was exceeded from those almost $50 overdraft fees. S/O FOR RUINING MY LIFE AT THE MOMENT. Everyone go somewhere else!!!!! This is NOT a reliable bank.
