Extremely slow customer service; sent a message almost a week ago and still haven't heard back.
I've gone through hell and back with MidFirst. The only thing they put first is themselves. I was denied access to money at one point because they said my deposit was too high (1,000). They cut off my card for lack of use, despite the fact that I always maintained a positive balance. The latest is I went to make a withdrawal of $120 and only got $100. I've now filed a complaint but I highly doubt it'll go anywhere. I'm beyond fed up and definitely considering leaving as soon as they pay me what is owed.
Wanna make an atm deposit great! Want your money once it's deposited? Oooo sorry. Want it tomorrow? No not really, well too bad cause you won't be getting it for a while. What kind of bank makes you make a deposit with an envelope and isn't available when you put it in the account. I've had it with banking systems, you all just suck in general, but I've never been with a bank more retarded than midfirst
If you want your funds for monthly payment deducted on time, but a servicer that will hold posting your payment for 31-90 days and then report their delinquent posting procedures as your payment history this is THE company! Otherwise, refi out as soon as your loan is sold to them. They also report inaccuracies while you are under Chapter 13 "protection". I hear that's illegal..
Horrible! I rather continue dealing with netspend prepaid then do business with them again. The app is a waste of time and the bank take way too long to process payments. I order from Amazon often. Usually with any other debit card Amazon receive their money within a day or sooner. Well guess who received an overdraft a week after I ordered my items!. If you want your finances fucked up and their representatives to lie to you then you definitely wanna go with MIDFIRST.
I've been a customer for 6 yrs. It has been the most difficult business I have ever dealt with. They promote as 'local' but have a big business mindset. Too many departments that do not communicate, ridiculous hold times for business customers(30-40min), and they charged me $30 per check, that their bill pay system failed to deliver!!! Buh bye.
