Deposited my check yesterday and it was on there. Now today its not on there and the 24hr service says i can't be helped till i go to a bank. Such awful customer service.

Beware!!! The night deposit is not secure and they won't do anything about a lost deposit. I made a deposit last Thursday night in the night deposit..I put the deposit in, closed the door, heard it turn then opened the door to confirm it was gone (I've always been paranoid about that) As of today, they can't find it...and they're apparently done looking. I've been with Midfirst at least 24 years. Overall, I've been pleased. So I was taken aback that there is no resolution for this.
Shout out & KUDOS - I have banked at the Midfirst Guymon branch for years - My wife's card was shutdown. (not a bad thing ) Called & they stopped 2 attempts of credit fraud. Midfirst has my "bank" and are watching out for me. Keep up the great work! Highly Recommended!
