I haven’t ever had to wait for a teller to question where I got my check from. I went to cash my check and Mr. Gil took it upon himself to look me up and down and ask who gave me the check. Then, I had to wait while he called the owner of the company who wrote the check to verify it was correct. That just doesn’t sit right with me. Do better.
More details to come pending outcome of Trust Department integrity. Avoid this bank. I see they sent me the same AI generated response as another poor review.
