Dr. Owen lacks empathy and only cares about money. He isn’t willing to work out a payment plan even for emergency circumstances and will not speak with customers about it either. He basically said pay in full or you can’t have the food and antibiotics your cat needs. He didn’t care if my cat got another blockage and died, he didn’t care if my cat didn’t get his antibiotics. Just wanted to get paid immediately.
They gave my dog a surgery. She didn't make it. I don't blame them in any way. She was old and it was just too much for her. They were really nice people and by far the most reasonably priced. I was fully prepared to let my dog suffer and die because I was waiting to hear an outrageous price for her surgery. They gave me a high and low end price and both were affordable enough that I ended up, pointlessly, getting the high end. Dr. Owen, is a real cool guy. Definitely a no pressure vet clinic. Super easy to schedule and work with. Switched from another vet. 10/10 would recommend
We were able to get an appointment quickly, staff was very friendly. Vet spent quality time and went over everything in detail. Very happy!
They're really kind and do a great job taking care of my middle-aged cat's needs. Honestly, he terrorizes them, but everyone is a great sport about it!
