Great experience working with Tony Slabaugh with Middletown Homes. He is always quick and thorough to respond to my endless questions and complications while building a new vacation chalet in the Davis area. Excellent service and expertise.
Visited today to tour a modular home. Johnathan was amazing! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative, provided all the information we needed to help make our decision. Unfortunately we are not in an area where Middletown Homes can sell/deliver for us, but he took the time for us just the same. Wonderful experience.
Spoke to Jonathan today to see if they could sell a home in my area in NC. Sadly, they can't sell to me, but he was a great resource of information. Very friendly and is willing to help me with information even though it won't help them financially to do so. If I was in that area, I would definitely work with him to get my next home.
Jonathan hands down is the best Middletown Salesman in Buckhannon! He always returned our call, got the answer to any questions we had and always was pleasant. My previous doublewide was destroyed by a truck running into it and splitting it in half. Middletown Homes considered my case as an emergency and speeded up the process to get me into my new home sooner. They were professional and everyone knew what their job was. A te effort got me into my home sooner I could celebrate my first Thanksgiving there. I’m glad I drove into that parking lot that day.
