Just bought my 2’nd property with them and while my first experience with them was really good, this time they went out of their way. All the negotiations and inspections took place over the holiday season while I was out of the country. I couldn’t of done it without them. I was looking for a very specific type of property and price point and there are extra things to worry about when buying acreage. Their understanding and knowledge with all that made a lot of difference in making sure I was buying the right place.
