I gave a realtor named ORLANDO MOORE $3200 on June 16th, 2018, with the impression I was moving into a 2 Bedroom on Stevens ave. in Mount Vernon. This gentleman, Mr. Moore gave me a receipt with the apartment address and 3200 in total given with a balance of 1600.(I did go view the apartment on June 16th as well.)
