John Middleton knows this individual... I know of a Military Veteran who was arrested in 2006 for interference with child custody and was put in the Llano County Jail for 180 days. He literally seized his daughter and refused to return her back to her mother as decreed by the court. That's pretty audacious. After 6 months, it was determined that the actions by the Dad were justifiable.
