My mother hired this company based on good reviews. He came to do an estimate and said he would come back and put stakes in & and took full payment. He stated he would shovel the front porch and make sure the mailbox was cleared. Before winter we had to install the stakes ourselves. He never showed. Next first snowfall of over 3 in. Never showed. Next storm my mother called he came finally but only cleared half the driveway and left a mound on the one side bottom of driveway! It has now turned to ice. The latest large storm ... read more
We had middleton snowplowing last year 2024-2025 they did a pretty good job. This year I got ahold of him and agreed to get him to plow this year and paid the full amount, but cannot get ahold of him by texting or calling him. I have asked him to either answer me or refund my money, but I have not heard anything from him I finally got a hold of Dom and he returned the full amount that I paid him.
I am updating my review from 2 years ago because this year, I again, retained Middleton Lawn and Snow for snow removal and paid in full as I usually do. However, I not heard anything from Mr Middleton all season and he doesn’t return my texts or calls regarding service. He has not staked our driveway yet nor has he plowed us even once. I see other reviews that say the same. They went out of their way to come back and plow when he didn’t have to. We have a huge driveway and we were having a party. They took time away from his day/family before Christmas to help us. Thanks so much!
