It’s been 4 hours.... last time I saw them was with pregnancy back issues. And today.... I’m speechless, I am aware of how I walk and how I can improve. My posture, my walk, gosh even sitting. I feel the difference.... I am so encouraged... back pain sucks, and now I know how to slightly change things, and also who to go to in order to feel “refreshed” I came in skeptical that anything would help. Dr. Middleton's attention to detail on your specific needs and problems are far superior to any other chiropractor I've ever been to. I've been a faithful patient of his for 5 years and being a competitive bodybuilder who is always pushing physical limits, it's very reassuring having an elite athlete who has an in depth knowledge of what athletes require in order to stay healthy all year round.
Dr. Middleton is a life saver!!! I came to him in excruciating pain. He gave me my life back.

My daughter is a cheerleader. The stress of lifting/bending/tumbling, along with carrying a very heavy backpack at school, was starting to hurt her lower back. I was schocked to see how off her body was. Within a matter of weeks her pain had gone away. I was afraid she would need to stop her sport but Middleton is a huge advocate for kids staying active and involved in sports, while at the same time, listening to their body and staying healthy. I have been driving from southern Maine to Dover for many years. A good, knowledgable, more holistic approach to chiropractic care is hard to find! When I got into a car accident last winter, they squeezed me in and drastically cut my recovery! Wonderful care & staffing.
