I was assigned to Middleton Air through my home warranty company. I have 2 units and both were failing. James quickly identified the issue (freon leak - bad coils) that had apparently been leaking for some time. Had to go through the required process/steps per warranty company. He topped off the freon to get me through until parts came in. Both systems are back to running at peak performance.
