I have been coming to Middlesex Rehab for years for various different injuries throughout the years and they have been nothing but amazing! They all are so personable and helpful! Both my mother and grandmother have come here for various reasons as well so it is definitely a family oriented business that really cares for each of their patients. I seriously do not think I would ever go anywhere else for physical therapy.
I’ve come in multiple times for various injuries and the team does a great job addressing the immediate issues then determining the root cause, realizing my back pain originated from tight calves. The team always listened to my feedback and adjusted accordingly. Come for the PT, stay for the friendly conversation and leave feeling all around better!
Not somewhere to go if you would like one on one attention. All the therapists are typically working on 2 or more patients at a time. Yelling across the room instructions to one patient while working another. HIPPA is not something they seem to honor especially the owner. They are absolute experts at identifying issues, and putting a treatment plan in place that works. I have been to many PT facilities, and this is the best by far! They are friendly, highly qualified, sensitive and personable/fun. 10 Stars for me.
Everything is great and Sonia at the welcome desk is an excellent example!
