Jackie did my ktip extensions today and knocked it out of the park! Her attention to detail is like no other and you can tell how insanely passionate she is about investing time into the best methods for her clients. The rest of the staff is so friendly- they chime in on each others work and say “that looks great!” Which is not only reassuring from an aesthetics point of view but feels so welcoming knowing they all truly love working together. Stylists consistently cancel day of via text. No effort is made to rebook or be accommodating and no apologies offered. Front desk staff are snotty and act like they are doing you a favor to even speak with you. This salon is extremely expensive for this level of service. I will go elsewhere.

The environment is warm and welcoming, with amazing service. Every time I go my hair always comes out amazing!
I seriously can’t recommend Olivia B enough! I’ve been trying to get my hair to look like this for years and she’s the only one who has actually nailed it. I’ve gone to so many salons and stylists over the years, and no one ever got it right until my visit to middlemist lane! I’m so happy with how it turned out and cant wait to come back.
