Cheap, hastily constructed homes. My AC leaks water onto my garage light. My floor ripped the first month then I could only do 10 claims when we had about 30 issues. Kitchen Cabinets have no handles and when I asked him about them, they say they don’t Put those on anymore I’m disappointed, sad, and upset that I was so happy about buying a new home as a single mother. I just bought a single detached home unit and got my keys yesterday. I turned on the AC and within minutes grinding sound is occurring. I had no information as who to call. I called the HOA and they gave me wrong contact. I called the home agent and no one came to fix the problem. I am forced to stay in hotel because of current heat wave. The so called home builder does not answer the phone call. The HOA claims they are not responsible. So I am back and forth getting no where. This place is terrible!!! The house was just slapped together! We even had to deal with a mold situation 6months into living in the home because it was poorly built!! The house is not leveled properly!! All the workers and staff are rude! And the worst part of it all is that it has the nerve to be HOA while they can’t even keep our power on!!!
