HOA is terrible if you’re home owner. They do nothing for money you paid every month. Pretty sure HOA have some corruption with fence replacement. Interesting how much money they put in their pockets. Hopefully this community will get a new HOA management and here a lot of opportunity to make this property best in the area. Units very good.
Great community, very clean, calm, updated tennis courts and pool. Walking distance to universal studio parks, different kind of stores, bank, restaurants as well.
