We were told it would take 2 to 3 days to replace our fence, but it took over two weeks for them to fix everything allowing complete exposure to the other neighbors. Was told to paint our doggy door to match the color of the building, mind you one cannot see the doggy door from outside of the fence. Was told we can’t have hanging lights over the railings. Too many rules for such an outdated community, so we left after one year once we found out our neighbor was paying $1600 for the same townhome we paid $1800 for.
The location is amazing and the houses are well built - true bunkers, however, I think that the HOA could do more as far as upkeep goes and they should invest in security cameras. If and when we get a good management company and a more realistic BOD we could have an amazing condominium. I don't agree with the way our HOA dues are spent.
HOA is terrible if you’re home owner. They do nothing for money you paid every month. Pretty sure HOA have some corruption with fence replacement. Interesting how much money they put in their pockets. Hopefully this community will get a new HOA management and here a lot of opportunity to make this property best in the area. Units very good.

Terrible complex!! Just a bunch of bitter old people who been living here for a few decades that want to pick on younger people who worked hard to purchase here and have a peaceful life!! They complain and harass daily, but frequently break and bend the hoa rules they try to enforce upon others. We bought this property for an investment not a forever home but have been a target since day 1 we received 7-8 letters monthly saying we violated the hoa polices lol ..
