I have been living here and complaining to the property Manager Robert Silverstein about the noisy neighbors upstairs due to the poor quality of the floors in this specific building. I have lived here for 6 years previously and moved back when we were expecting a baby, I have NEVER had a problem with hearing the neighbors as I do in this building, the entire building slopes down as if it is sinking into the ground. Renter beware!!! Middlebrook has great space & walk in closets, but thats it! Maintenace is HORRIBLE! Actually they are JOKE! I had a leak in my ceiling & they didnt come for nearly a wk. I had an outlet smoke, they did not come for nearly 3 days & the person they sent was an idiot. He tried to replace the faceplate & then with a serious face tell me that the outlet was fixed. I was LIVID. My AC unit doesnt work...I called once a week for the entire summer & nothing done. I had to put in my own unit to compensate for the bus... read more
