I truly regret visiting this place. I was referred by Beltone to see a doctor or audiologist for recommendations and more options regarding hearing aids. From the start, communication was extremely frustrating — I received multiple voicemails back and forth over one or two weeks just to get a basic question answered. Dr. Goco and his staff are amazing. I don't have enough kind words to say about them. I suffer from sinus pressure headaches, migraines, chronic sinusitis and sleep apnea. After an in office CT scan on my first visit, he suggested balloon sinuplasty. I just went back for my last post-op appointment today feeling better than I have felt in a long time. I called the office in advance to confirm that the doctor was in-network with my insurance and verified again at check-in. I went in expecting a pre-surgical consultation, as my ultrasound had already confirmed the need for lymph node removal. Instead, during a brief visit, I was told I need surgery (which I already knew) and that the doctor could not perform it because his surgical practice was not accepted by my insurance.
