Can never get billing right. Keeps adding things to bill. Have to fight them every single time.
I've seen Dr.Rennner 5 years or better. We click. His bedside manner sucks sometimes but, he is focused on your health, not you. We can talk, laugh, and listen. Each visit is what you make it to be. The staff is very cordial and nice. If you want friendship, join a club or church. My wife does not like the office at all but, I don't like her Doctor at all. I'm quite pleased with the staff made up of humans. Humans with a family, a life, problems, with needs, like myself. Great office.
While Dr. Renner and Stacy Renner are personable, the service provided by the office staff (or should I say lack there of) is unacceptable. They don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls when you do finally get through to leave a voicemail, and good luck getting prescriptions filled or refilled. When you do finally get a response, you don’t know which pharmacy the prescription is going to. The last time I went in, they sent my prescription to 2 separate pharmacies and my third prescription was never sent at all!!! We’ve tri... read more
I went there a few times. Never had a bad experience, but I haven't been able to get them to answer the phone or return a left voicemail for a while now. They might have gone out of business.
Dr. Michael Renner is a fine, compassionate, and highly skilled physician. However, his administration is greatly hampering his service to his patients! Four times thus far I have attempted to schedule an appointment via the phone. Each time I followed their instructions and left only one message, never to receive a return call, or have an appointment scheduled.
