If I could give no stars I would. Though the service rendered during my son's surgery was excellent the admin/billing side is horrible! I've been calling for months now trying to pay my bill. Nobody ever answers the billing que and when I leave a voicemail nobody ever calls me back. I've talked to an operator twice now and both times she can't connect me with anyone directly, days I have to leave a message. There is no way on the statement to pay online.. if I get sent to collections I am going to be extremely upset!
My daughter received excellent care, but the MGAS billing office is a hot mess. My insurance company had a hard time dealing with them. I just received a nasty warning letter from MGAS, but my insurance company paid them in full 22 days ago. This was the only provider with whom we did not settle immediately.
