My son just saw Shaun Christensen. My son started crying during his visit so Dr. Christensen walked him out of the dentist office and told him he had to stay outside. My son is 6 years old and he left him outside by himself and told me that it is the office’s policy that if the kids act that way then they are not allowed in the office. This is unacceptable. Shelly, We already talked about this privately, but we can talk about it publicly as you wish. Your son was seen in our office on June 17. Your son was scheduled for preventive care (non-invasive xrays, cleaning, exam). His behavior during his appointment was witnessed by multiple staff members, and was heard by everyone in the building. Billing lady is atrocious! And it's all the patients fault. I should've known when I had to ask to set up the payment plan.
The worst place to deal with billing. Apparently Leticia doesn't know how to read an EOB. They don't pre auth the work before hand and then blames the patient. I'll never go back.
They can do it all. Teeth cleaning, checkups. I have had cavities filled, root canals, crowns. Very great comprehensive care. They get you in quickly, are extremely friendly and professional. Two thumbs up!
