An auto mechanic kept my car for over a year. I had to get the police to get the vehicle back. Last May 2017 bought car. I found a shop that was highly rated on line, view shop and met owner/ mechanic. I called shop to get updates. The shop indicated job to be completed within anticipated 45 days to do job so that I could take it to emissions. Then I called shop and was alerted of issues and they needed more time.
