Very professional business from enquiry to booking to service. Cannot fault a single thing. Will now be a regular customer! Nice surprise to find a business like this in Hervey Bay with excellent customer service and processes.
Great communication, very flexible with appointments as we had to change days, the tradesmen were very thorough, explained a problem with air con and took pics to show me from in the ceiling. They were polite & easy to talk to, they did not just breeze in and out, we felt they gave the air con a good service and us great advice. Highly recommend Mid Coast Air.
