Horrible office they lie and lie about everything they stole money upfront even after my insurance paid and verified verbally on three way and still not paying back the my they stole from us three months still waiting every lie better then the next if there management is this bad it reflects on the doctors that practice ther. I’ve had Dr.Thiara for both of my high-risk pregnancies and I cannot begin to say enough good things about this man! He makes sure you are heard and taken care of the entire pregnancy, and even after. His bedside manner and general attitude is great. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be heard throughout their pregnancy!
I highly recommend this practice. The receptionist was so attentive and put me at ease for my appointment. The doctor explained my condition to me in more detail than any other doctor has before. I felt very comfortable and cared for when I left the office.
I am satisfied with Dr. Alice lee for her caring and service for patients. The issue is with the front office, particually billing manager, Ms. Stephanie. I overpaid with my insurance and wanted to get a refund. It is SO SO hard to get touched with Stephanie who is in charge of billing issues. I called her several times over the past few weeks, and other front office staff left text messages several times for her to respond to my request. I still haven't got back from her.
