Organized check in, warm greeting by initial nurse, warmth, caring availability and accessibility of assigned medical team. Willingness to answer questions and provide assurances. Gentle, caring, attentive recovery. Overall experience 10 out of 10!
Of course no one finds it comfortable to get a colonoscopy, but my team made it as comfortable as possible. Very kind & efficient staff, who obviously care about their patients!
