Was really impressed with the lads today as a day that started out looking pretty bleak with a breakdown 25km's from home ended with a quick repair and at a very good price from the Team at Midas Rouse Hill. A huge thankyou to Daniel and the Team who went out of their way to get me sorted. Highly recommend their services
Had previously taken my car for a service and was advised there was some extra work that needed to be done. Upon further inspection, the work wasn’t required. I appreciated Daniel’s honesty as he could’ve done the extra $1,000+ worth of work and I wouldn’t have known it wasn’t required. Thanks, Daniel for the honesty
I had my car serviced at Midas Rouse Hill today and was really impressed. The gentleman who has recently taken over the business seems like a genuine, honest, and hardworking bloke. It’s great to see someone who truly cares about their customers. I wish him all the best with the business and highly recommend anyone local to visit for a service or pink slip (and I’m sure they offer plenty of other services as well!).
Midas is horrible!!!!!! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, not to mention didn’t even fix my car let it sit there for over 10 days. Terrible, terrible , will definitely not be going back even as it’s under new management!! No thanks!!!
