They helped us with an emergency with our Honda while traveling so we could get where we were going. The Technician named Stone was incredible and the Master Tech working the front was hilarious and kind! Also great tunes and coffee in the lobby. I could go on. Having an older car means I’ve been to a ton of auto shops and this was truly one of the best. Lifesavers and creative problem-solvers make the world go round. Thank you guys!!!

I stopped in unexpectedly at Midas for an oil change, I hadn’t been there in years, everyone was kind and knowledgeable about many things. And the first time ever having my oil changed by a women, I loved that ✨✨ I will be back.

Took my service vehicle into Midas Muffler of Michigan City recently to have brakes inspected and repair if necessary. They determined the front brakes needed replacement and I chose to wait in the lobby for the repair. Several hours passed and was hoping to be on my way soon. Office Manager Mike told me that parts delivery was the hold-up and offered to have an employee drive me home. This shop took care of me! )And likely saved my life.) I arrived from out of state, thinking I needed an alignment. Stone quickly diagnosed the problem and Mike worked to get the necessary parts immediately. My shop at home had neglected to tighten some bolts (which subsequently fell out on the highway!!) and my front tires could have come off at any time!! These men are full of integrity and knowledge and kindness. I couldn’t be more grateful.
