Choose a hotel owned by another entity! The way that this organization allows its guests to be treated is absolutely unacceptable! Quite similar to other posts...there is a total disregard for requests appearing in member profiles, Recurring issues with stays and no even plan to correct! Residence Inn Dublin Ohio had very poor housekeepers I had garbage left in my bathroom sink 2 days in a row one with bloody pads in it. Both the AGM and GM at this property was rude and not willing to adjust my bill for this unacceptable hospitality.
Great company, great leaders and great teams...at the corporate office and at the hotels!
